Terms of Service

Welcome to Tália. By using our app you accept these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing or using Tália you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Tália is a messaging app designed for families that offers:

• Instant messaging between users.
• Voice and video calls.
• Parental control features to supervise minors.
• Real-time location sharing.
• Well-being and activity reports.
• Detection of inappropriate content using artificial intelligence.

3. Registration and Account

To use Tália you must:

• Provide a valid phone number for verification.
• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Be over 18 years old to have an adult account.
• If you are under 18, your account must be linked to that of a parent or guardian.
• Keep your account secure and never share your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Tália to:

• Send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or inappropriate content.
• Harass, intimidate or bully other users.
• Share sexual or violent content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation of the app.
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Parental Controls

Tália includes parental control features. Parents or guardians who link their accounts with those of minors:

• Have the right to supervise their children’s conversations.
• Can approve or reject contacts.
• Receive notifications about potentially dangerous content.
• Can see their children’s location in real time.

Minors who use the app accept this supervision as a condition of use.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content you share through Tália. By sending content:

• You warrant that you have the right to share it.
• You accept that it may be analyzed by automated safety systems.
• You understand that linked parents can see their children’s content.

7. Moderation and Safety

We reserve the right to:

• Analyze messages with AI to detect inappropriate content.
• Remove content that violates these terms.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Report illegal activity to the competent authorities.
• Notify parents about concerning behavior by their children.

8. Intellectual Property

Tália and all of its content (design, code, logos, etc.) are the property of Tália and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without express authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tália is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Content detection systems will be 100% effective.
• The app will be compatible with every device.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Tália offers subscription plans with automatic renewal:

• Tália Premium (USD 4.99/month): 50 face swaps per month, exclusive characters, no ads, 30 activity reports per month, audio moderation.
• Tália Premium+ (USD 9.99/month): 100 face swaps per month, all characters, no ads, 100 reports per month, full media moderation, family plan (up to 3 children), priority support.

Payment information:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions from your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.
• No refunds are issued for unused partial periods.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

11. Termination

You can stop using Tália at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Tália after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
